An innovative contract, known as a “framework agreement”, and the first of its kind in Greece, has been assigned by the Union of Municipalities of Thessaloniki to a Consortium of consultants led by EPEM S.A. It entails a series of sub-contracts for the completion of all necessary studies for the environmental licensing of the works for MSW treatment and disposal in Thessaloniki Prefecture.
