New appointments to the EFCA Board of Directors

The European Federation of Engineering Consultancy Associations (EFCA) is delighted to announce the appointment of several esteemed professionals to its Board of Directors. The appointments were made during the recent 2023 General Assembly Meeting.

Chairing the Board is EFCA’s first female President, Inés Ferguson, Director of Business Development at TYPSA (Spain.)  Inés brings a wealth of experience as former Chair of the EFCA European External Action Committee and is committed to broadening EFCA’s diversity and strengthening its partnerships.

Existing Board member Søren Adamsen, Executive Business Development Director at COWI (Denmark), has been appointed as Vice-President.

The newly or re-appointed Directors are as follows:

  • Roberto Carpaneto, Chairman at RINA Consulting S.p.A. (Italy)
  • Marcin Mikulewicz, CEO of Globtank (Poland)
  • Jan Schmitt, Managing Partner of IG Bauplan GmbH (Germany)
  • Johan Dozzi, CEO of Tyréns Group AB (Sweden)
  • Benoît Clocheret, CEO of Artelia (France)
  • Ioana Dragan, General Manager at Aquaproiect S.A. (Romania)
  • Kevin Rudden, CEO at Garland House (Ireland)

The Board plays a pivotal role in shaping EFCA's strategic direction, fostering collaboration among member associations, and upholding the highest standards of excellence within the engineering consultancy sector across Europe. The diverse expertise and profound industry knowledge of its members contributes significantly to the advancement and growth of EFCA's mission.

EFCA extends its warmest congratulations to President Inés Ferguson on her election and looks forward to a productive and transformative tenure.
